Per Florida Statute 316.2122, our LSVs may be operated on paved public roads with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less. Melbourne Beach’s residential streets and many connector roads fit perfectly (e.g., Ocean Avenue, Riverside Drive, and side streets around Spessard Holland Park).
